Tuesday October 2

So today I had an egg and 2 pieces of bacon, salad with chicken for lunch, and filet mingon with spaghetti squash with tomato sauce for dinner.  For a snack I had 1 apple, and 3 small gluten free biscuits lots of tea and water

Felt better today, not as hard to not eat sugar, but still thinking about it lots.

UGH

I am feeling like crap today.....I got a UTI and am trying to get rid of it with oils....working so far, but it is one of more severe ones that I have had, so I don't think I will be working out today.  I will keep track of food though and post later tonight.

For breakfast I had 1 pancake and moose sausage and 32oz water, I had coffee with 4tbs coffee and a bite of a donut.  For lunch I had 1/2 cup of noodles with beef strogonoff, and for dinner I had 4 pieces of tombstone pizza and as a snack I had 4 cups of popcorn. I had 32 oz of water before bed. I went for a walk for 2 hours 30 min. picking berries so it was good exercise.

Tuesday I had an egg with yellow bell pepper, a 2 cups of coffee with creamer, 3 spring rolls, and 2 flour tortillas with fajita mix and sour cream and guacamole and 20 chips from Grand burito, as well as 5 cups of popcorn.  I had 70oz of water

Wednesday I had a piece of bacon and a piece of spelt bread.  a cup of coffee....caribou steak and sweet patato fries for lunch and for dinner, I had caribou roast with a salad......and popcorn for a snack

Thursday I had an egg with pepper, lunch was 2 cups of chili and a piece of spelt bread, and dinner was salad with chicken on top. with popcorn for a snack....I also had half a milky way bar, and some almonds

Friday I had coffee/w creamer for breakfast, lunch was a 1/2 lb moose burger stuffed with a tbs of gorgonzola cheese and 3 tomato slices and 1/2 cup of sweet patato fries, for dinner I had a salad with the cheese and a tbs of lite vinegerette, along with a protien shake that was 6 oz.  lots of water!!

For breakfast I had a blueberry muffin.  Lunch was a grilled chicken caesar salad.  For dinner I had spaghetti with spaghetti squash instead of noodles and corn.  I'm going to have a cup of coffee and a carmello bar before dinner.  The squash turned out pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised.

You saw my lunch three fresh rolls.  For dinner I had a taco salad at st Elias, four cheese sticks and one piece of pepperoni pizza.  I had a cup of coffee at your house and I'm about to have another cup of coffee.  Not too bad.

For lunch I had popcorn shrimp,  for dinner I had two brats, a turkey burger both with out buns and a big salad and a small scoop of beans.  I had a few bites of rhubarb crisp.  I'm about to have a cup of coffee and eat a bowl of popcorn.  Not too bad and a good amount under my calorie limit.

Monday Sept. 3 2012

for breakfast I had a cup of coffee with creamer and a nectarine, for lunch I had 1 chicken fajita, for dinner I had a bowl of curry with 1/4 cup rice.  I had 2 pieces of homemade spelt bread just before dinner, and will probably have a piece of the homemade apple pie that we made for James, but it will be just a sliver....:) drank 24oz of water but plan on drinking another 64oz before I go to bed.

So I havent given up I just have forgotten to do this. Yesterday for lunch I had eggs a,little bit of hash browns and bacon. For dinner I had a chicken Caesar salad and one and a half chicken strips. For my night snack I had a bowl of special k and a cup of coffee.  Today I had two pieces of peanut butter toast for breakfast. For lunch I had California roll and a banana.  For dinner I had chicken nuggets and fries.   I had half of a Reece's cup.  If I have anything else tonight it will be veggies.

August 28, 29, 30th

So for Tuesday I had a half of a bagel and half of a muffin....I had 1 coffee, and chicken and salad for dinner.

On Wenesday I had an omlet for breakfast, a burger for lunch, and pizza 3 slices for dinner Lots and lots of water

On Thursday I had eggs with half a slice of toast for breakfast, 1 cup of coffee, soup for lunch with 1 slice of pizza, and a 6 inch blt with lots of veggies for dinner, and a few brownies for a snack drinking lots of water though and i weighed myself and I am down another 7lbs here!!! Yay but it could just be the silly scale too, so I will wait until I get home to offically put it in....
Six inch turkey sub, 16 oz water for lunch.  Turkey wrap, and chili for dinner.  Snack was an apple, bowl of cereal, coffee and asparagus spears.

So lunch was two fresh rolls.  I had grapes and a hard boiled egg white for snack.  For dinner I had a big salad, sautéed veggies, and terriaki chicken, and a slice of honey oat bread.  I was way under on my calorie intake so it will help balance out because I'm going to be way over for Tuesday but I'm not even going to count it.

Today I had two pancakes (not because that is what I wanted for breakfast, but because my kids were so excited that Chad had cooked them for me, and they wanted me to eat them.....) so ya I had pancakes! LOL

then for lunch I had 1 sushi roll with lots of veggies and and salmon and 1/4 cup rice and 1tbs sweet chili sauce

for dinner I had 1/3 of a blt sub loaded with veggies on a whole wheat bun

snack I had 3 cups of popcorn

I have had 64 oz water
20 coffee (tan) from Kaladi brothers

I feel myself needing less food and craving less snacks and sweets which is good!

oh ya I had 3ozs of frozen nonfat lemon yogert with white chocolate chips :)  now what was I saying about not craving sweets :) LOL  Oh well it is getting better
I had Asian chicken salad at st Elias for lunch. An all meat wrap and 1 1/2 cup fruit salad for dinner.  I'm going to have a bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee before bed.

Saturday 25th August

today I had and egg and 2 pieces of bacon for breakfast with bell pepper
20oz water
20oz coffee
lunch I had 2 pita breads with hummus, 1 cupcake w/ frosting, 1oz gouda goat cheese, 30oz tea

Dinner I had 2 whole rolls of sushi with 1/2 cup total of rice and lots of veggies with 3oz of smoked salmon
32oz of water
will be having a white russian for evening cool down :)

Walked for 30 min today

Friday 24th

had 1 small pancake, and sausage for breakfast
had 1 english muffin (whole wheat) with egg, bacon, avacado, tomato, and small amount of mayo,
had spagetti for dinner with bread
coffee 20oz from Kaladi
45oz water for the day

Today I didn't do bad carb wise but I went over on my calories.  I had turkey wrap and four little pieces of sausage for lunch. I had taco salad and 15 chips for dinner.  One piece of birthday cake and a bowl of cereal.  I want a cup of coffee but I'm already over so I'll wait till tomorrow.  I'm not exercising until I get my hip fixed. It has really hurt bad the last two days. So after Monday I'll start running again.

Ok something happened to my post for Wednesday cause I know I posted in here.....can't seem to find it though! Lol

I had an egg and whole wheat english muffin
32oz water

lunch was 1 serving of hormel chili and 1 cup of salad with 2oz of chicken and 1tbs lite champane dressing
18oz of coffee with 3tbs creamer
1/2 cup of cheerios dry

dinner was cabbage stirfry with chicken veggies and a few ramen noodles

1 strawberry daiquiry
5 cups of popcorn with butter and seasoning

32 oz water

oh ya...on wednesday I posted that I had an egg for breakfast and then for lunch and dinner I had 6 pieces of pizza between the two meals which shot my calorie intake for the day! LOL  but it was just over 2000 calories, cause I didn't really eat anything else and We went to the beach for several hours and walked all over the rocks and sand so that was a good workout.
Okay starting to feel better but still not great.  For lunch I had about a cup and a half of white rice.  For dinner I had a burger with wheat bread, tomatoes, and mayo.  And a handful of sweet potato fries.  I also had a sobe life water.  That's it. Oh yeah and I liked the knife after I iced my moms cake.

Hey I have really not felt well today. So I have hardly eaten anything today. I thought it might e from having too much grapefuit oil yesterday. I don't know. But all I have eaten is the calamari appetizer at mykels. I might have some peanut butter toast a little later.  I also didn't exercise today because the extra effort might have caused an accident.  Hopefully I feel better tomorrow.

Tuesday August 21st

Today I walk ran a mile, stacked wood for an hour, and swam for 30 min.

Meal time
Breakfast:
1 egg with a slice of orange pepper
20oz water
18 oz coffee with 3 tbs creamer

Lunch :
Salad with 1 tbs dressing
Steak 5oz
1/2 cup sauted mushrooms
1 bite strawberry ice cream :)

snack
6 grapes
2 slices turkey breast
12 oz coffee with 1tbs creamer

Dinner:
Thai Peanut Chicken with veggies and 1/4 cup of rice noodles

1/4 cup cheerios
5 cups popcorn with 1.5 tbs butter and seasoning
28oz water
18oz tea
Yesterday (monday) I ate
Breakfast: crustless quiche in muffin tin....4 of them
28oz water
18oz coffee with creamer (3tbs)
Lunch
2 pita bread pizzas (bread being the most calories) of course :)
Dinner was 2 cups of curry soup
snack handful of grapes
32oz water
22oz tea

Well I didn't have breakfast and you saw what I had for lunch. 1 chuck steak, sautéed mushrooms, and a little mixed greens.  For dinner I had a turkey bacon avocado subway sandwich.  For snack I had a bowl of special k cereal with 2% milk.  I have one more glass of water to drink before bed and then I will have had 80oz of water.  Oh yeah and I had that 16 oz cup of coffee at your house.
Hey you didn't put your stuff on here tonight.  I had salad with lettuce tomatoes, cheese, pepperoni and olive garden salad dressing for lunch.  Turkey bacon, avocado wrap and bowl of chili for dinner, almonds, and a bowl of special k for snack and a cup of coffee.  Another pretty good day.  Hope yours was good too.  See you in the am.  I got steak and mushrooms.

So the place to add all of our food and log our exercise is www.myfitnesspal.com you can invite your friends.... I am under the name cssnyder and farrah is farrahak.....it will then show you how many days you have not been logging in, your excersise for the day and the amount of total food that you entered like calories (I think)  I really like it so I can just have all of my recipes on hand as I build up my database....but for the first few months I think we should also write what we ate....just don't need to include all the calories etc. with it becasue that will be tracked in my fitness pal..... We can talk about it more tomorrow as well. 
My day was really pretty good.  I don't know about the calories but I can tell you what I ate,
Breakfast - egg and pepper breakfast burrito, one bite of honey whole wheat bread,
No snack,
Lunch one hot dog and bun and about 1.5 oz of beef jerky
16 oz coffee with creamer 56 oz water
Dinner turkey and cheese tortilla wrap sandwich and a bunch of sugar snap peas,
Snack more peas 2 cheese sticks and 2 oz of honey roasted turkey, 6 spears marinated asparagus.
I was really good.  I might have the Starbucks frappacino bottle that I have in the fridge before I turn in though.  I probably won't start exercising tomorrow because it is the last day before school but I will start on Tuesday.  Here's to a better tomorrow.  I also had another 32oz of water at work.
Well Day 1 was a complete fail for me. I have had a beer and a daiquiri before bed, noumerous handfulls of chex mix, a chocolate bar, However my meal times were good (but I think I may have had a bit too much at dinner) Oh and I forgot about the 2 coffees I had today....So how was your day!  I would write everything out with calories etc. but I already know it was over 2000 calories so I guess what is the point!!  AHHH  Ok can't wait to hear how your day went! :)  Her is to being honest and getting healthy! LOL
