Saturday 25th August

today I had and egg and 2 pieces of bacon for breakfast with bell pepper
20oz water
20oz coffee
lunch I had 2 pita breads with hummus, 1 cupcake w/ frosting, 1oz gouda goat cheese, 30oz tea

Dinner I had 2 whole rolls of sushi with 1/2 cup total of rice and lots of veggies with 3oz of smoked salmon
32oz of water
will be having a white russian for evening cool down :)

Walked for 30 min today
