So lunch was two fresh rolls.  I had grapes and a hard boiled egg white for snack.  For dinner I had a big salad, sautéed veggies, and terriaki chicken, and a slice of honey oat bread.  I was way under on my calorie intake so it will help balance out because I'm going to be way over for Tuesday but I'm not even going to count it.
