Well I didn't have breakfast and you saw what I had for lunch. 1 chuck steak, sautéed mushrooms, and a little mixed greens.  For dinner I had a turkey bacon avocado subway sandwich.  For snack I had a bowl of special k cereal with 2% milk.  I have one more glass of water to drink before bed and then I will have had 80oz of water.  Oh yeah and I had that 16 oz cup of coffee at your house.
