Today I didn't do bad carb wise but I went over on my calories. I had turkey wrap and four little pieces of sausage for lunch. I had taco salad and 15 chips for dinner. One piece of birthday cake and a bowl of cereal. I want a cup of coffee but I'm already over so I'll wait till tomorrow. I'm not exercising until I get my hip fixed. It has really hurt bad the last two days. So after Monday I'll start running again.
