So the place to add all of our food and log our exercise is www.myfitnesspal.com you can invite your friends.... I am under the name cssnyder and farrah is farrahak.....it will then show you how many days you have not been logging in, your excersise for the day and the amount of total food that you entered like calories (I think)  I really like it so I can just have all of my recipes on hand as I build up my database....but for the first few months I think we should also write what we ate....just don't need to include all the calories etc. with it becasue that will be tracked in my fitness pal..... We can talk about it more tomorrow as well.
