So for Tuesday I had a half of a bagel and half of a muffin....I had 1 coffee, and chicken and salad for dinner.
On Wenesday I had an omlet for breakfast, a burger for lunch, and pizza 3 slices for dinner Lots and lots of water
On Thursday I had eggs with half a slice of toast for breakfast, 1 cup of coffee, soup for lunch with 1 slice of pizza, and a 6 inch blt with lots of veggies for dinner, and a few brownies for a snack drinking lots of water though and i weighed myself and I am down another 7lbs here!!! Yay but it could just be the silly scale too, so I will wait until I get home to offically put it in....
