Tuesday October 2

So today I had an egg and 2 pieces of bacon, salad with chicken for lunch, and filet mingon with spaghetti squash with tomato sauce for dinner.  For a snack I had 1 apple, and 3 small gluten free biscuits lots of tea and water

Felt better today, not as hard to not eat sugar, but still thinking about it lots.

UGH

I am feeling like crap today.....I got a UTI and am trying to get rid of it with oils....working so far, but it is one of more severe ones that I have had, so I don't think I will be working out today.  I will keep track of food though and post later tonight.

For breakfast I had 1 pancake and moose sausage and 32oz water, I had coffee with 4tbs coffee and a bite of a donut.  For lunch I had 1/2 cup of noodles with beef strogonoff, and for dinner I had 4 pieces of tombstone pizza and as a snack I had 4 cups of popcorn. I had 32 oz of water before bed. I went for a walk for 2 hours 30 min. picking berries so it was good exercise.

Tuesday I had an egg with yellow bell pepper, a 2 cups of coffee with creamer, 3 spring rolls, and 2 flour tortillas with fajita mix and sour cream and guacamole and 20 chips from Grand burito, as well as 5 cups of popcorn.  I had 70oz of water

Wednesday I had a piece of bacon and a piece of spelt bread.  a cup of coffee....caribou steak and sweet patato fries for lunch and for dinner, I had caribou roast with a salad......and popcorn for a snack

Thursday I had an egg with pepper, lunch was 2 cups of chili and a piece of spelt bread, and dinner was salad with chicken on top. with popcorn for a snack....I also had half a milky way bar, and some almonds

Friday I had coffee/w creamer for breakfast, lunch was a 1/2 lb moose burger stuffed with a tbs of gorgonzola cheese and 3 tomato slices and 1/2 cup of sweet patato fries, for dinner I had a salad with the cheese and a tbs of lite vinegerette, along with a protien shake that was 6 oz.  lots of water!!

For breakfast I had a blueberry muffin.  Lunch was a grilled chicken caesar salad.  For dinner I had spaghetti with spaghetti squash instead of noodles and corn.  I'm going to have a cup of coffee and a carmello bar before dinner.  The squash turned out pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised.

You saw my lunch three fresh rolls.  For dinner I had a taco salad at st Elias, four cheese sticks and one piece of pepperoni pizza.  I had a cup of coffee at your house and I'm about to have another cup of coffee.  Not too bad.

For lunch I had popcorn shrimp,  for dinner I had two brats, a turkey burger both with out buns and a big salad and a small scoop of beans.  I had a few bites of rhubarb crisp.  I'm about to have a cup of coffee and eat a bowl of popcorn.  Not too bad and a good amount under my calorie limit.
